FORT MYERS, Fla.- A structure fire broke out early Wednesday morning at 3707 Broadway in Fort Myers.
The call came in to emergency responders around 4 a.m. Wednesday at an abandoned medical office.
The State Fire Marshal will investigate the incident.
There are no reported injuries.
