FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Accused murderer Lois Reiss showed up for her case management hearing Wednesday morning, where her attorneys waived a speedy trial.

Her next case management is set for October 31st.

Next week, they will have an analyst to go over finger and footprints discovered at the scene.

The state requested to get additional fingerprints from Riess, plus palm and footprints. That date is not scheduled yet.

Riess has to be present for the hearing.

Riess is accused of murdering Pamela Hutchinson in Fort Myers Beach earlier this year before fleeing to Texas.

The State Attorney’s Office will seek the death penalty against Riess.
