COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that killed a bicyclist, Sunday night in Collier County.
Troopers said a truck on Lake Trafford Road was approaching North 18th Street around 7:30 p.m. when a 45-year-old man on a bike tried to cross Lake Trafford Road right in front of the truck.
The bicyclist (from Immokalee) died in the crash, according to troopers.
The investigation is ongoing.
