COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Collier County is getting $1.3 million to prepare its shelters during another natural disaster.
FEMA’s grant money will let the county install three emergency generators at North Collier Regional Park.
The generators will allow the facility, which holds up to 500 people, to have back-up power.
