CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police have made an arrest in a serious crash on Del Prado Boulevard Sunday night.
According to Cape Coral Police, around 5pm, 45-year-old Michael Bretsnyder pulled out of a business driveway in the 300 block of Del Prado into the path of a southbound car. The two vehicles collided, and the southbound car hit the median and went airborne before hitting a tree and landing on its roof.
The driver of that car, 23-year-old Kenneth Dushane of Cape Coral, was seriously injured in the crash.
Bretsnyder and a passenger in his car were uninjured. Police say Bretsnyder showed signs of impairment at the scene and was arrested.
