NORTH PORT, Fla. — North Port Police responded to a drive-by shooting into a home in the 5000 block of Jody Avenue earlier this afternoon.
There are no injuries, and it appears to be an isolated incident.
The vehicle is described as a black Nissan, likely a late 2000s Altima, with dark windows, which fled toward Port Charlotte.
This is an ongoing investigation.
