CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies are searching for a man caught on video in regards to an arson case that occurred Feb. 18, around 7:47 pm at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Port Charlotte. That same evening, at the Los Mariachis Bar and Grill, an Ancheer motorized bicycle was reported stolen around 9 pm.
Video surveillance from both locations appears to capture the same man removing the victim's bicycle, which was chained to a drainpipe on the side of the restaurant.
