NAPLES, Fla. — Collier County Sheriff Deputies responded to a suspected stabbing just after midnight this morning on Wildwood Lakes Boulevard.
According to the Sheriff’s report, Deputies met with a man who said he had been stabbed and fell down the Apartment Complex stairs.
Deputies said the man did not want to cooperate with them and did not wish to press charges.
The man was stabbed in the abdomen and had a large laceration to the elbow and a small one on his knee.
He was med-flighted to Lee Memorial.
Deputies then turned their attention to a female who was crying on the staircase. She had a bloody nose and two bite marks on her shoulders.
She told deputies that Tanorish Tarell Jones, 30 attacked her and her male friend.
Jones was waiting inside her apartment when they got home from the store; he held a knife. Jones proceeded to stab her male friend and attack her punching her in the face, dragged, and then chocked.
At some point, Jones fled the scene, and deputies later apprehended him.
Jones is currently being booked into the Naples Jail Center.
Jones is charged with Burglary-With Assault or Battery, Aggravated Assault-With a deadly weapon with no intent to kill.
