LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. – A Lehigh Acres man is facing charges, deputies say he robbed and beat up his ex-girlfriend.
The woman says it happened on Inez Avenue South on Halloween.
She says she was standing outside her front door when a man in a mask attacked her.
Deputies say that man was 20-year-old Romeo Battle.
According to the deputies’ report, Battle stole her iPhone and ran off.
Deputies say they then used that iPhone to track Battle and later arrest him.
