UPDATE (4:28 PM): Charlotte County Sheriffs Office say they have made contact with the male and female and have determined there was no crime.

Deputies are looking to contact a person of interest in a suspicious incident at the Bada Bing video store in Punta Gorda.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, on Friday, May 24, around 11 p.m., a witness reported observing a woman in distress in the back of an SUV parked at the store, located on Tamiami Trail near Tucker's Grade.
Detectives have released surveillance images of the man driving the vehicle, and would like to speak to him. He is described as 6'00" tall, 55-60 years of age.
