SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. — The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting.
Deputies say it happened in the area of Highland Road and Westview Drive in Osprey.
Investigators say the scene is secure, and there is no threat to the community at this time.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Section is handling the case.
