Deputies are investigating a 7-Eleven store that robbed in Fort Myers on Sunday morning; a store that has had several recent incidents.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, it happened at the store located at 8100 College Parkway, at Whiskey Creek Drive, just after 9:40 a.m.

Authorities say the man handed the clerk a note demanding all the cash in the register, as well as money orders. The victim complied and the suspect fled the store on foot, towards Whiskey Creek Drive.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6'0", thin built and possibly in his mid to late 20's.

This same 7-Eleven was robbed back on March 22nd, 2018. Lee County Sheriff's deputies say the man seen on surveillance video, wearing a Spiderman mask during the robbery, has not been caught.

Then just last week, there was a deputy presence at the same store, in which deputies were investigating a red car parked outside but did not say why.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).

All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
