Florida Highway Patrol said a man who wasn't wearing his seatbelt died in a crash Saturday morning in Naples.
It happened just after 4:30 A.M.
Troopers said Kisters Zeidaks, 28, was driving on Recreation Lane near Wellesley Circle when he lost control of his car and ran off the road, hitting a stop sign, fence, and then a tree.
FHP said he died on scene after being partially ejected from the car.
