Cuba Street in Fort Myers is going to have a new name.
At last night's meeting, the City Council voted in favor of renaming the road to Quality Life Center Way.
That is in honor of the Quality Life Center which sits on the corner of MLK Junior Boulevard and Cuba street.
Councilors were also expected to discuss more funding for new police vehicles but did not address it last night.
