PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for help identifying a suspect who robbed a Punta Gorda bank Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at the BB&T Bank located at 2390 Tamiami Trail. The suspect suggested he was armed and demanded all the money in the register. Upon receiving the cash, he left the bank on foot.
The man - seen in the photos above - is described as being in his late 40s or early 50s and wearing a tan ball cap, blue short-sleeved shirt jean shorts and sandals.
