FORT MYERS, Fla- — The intersection at Evans Ave. and Winkler Ave. has been reopened after it was shut down due to a multi-vehicle crash involving a trauma alert.
Fort Myers Police Department said at least one person was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital.
The intersection was closed for hours while crews worked to clear the scene. The department hasn't released an update on those involved in the crash.
