FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff Office and Florida Highway Patrol are working on a crash involving two to three vehicles.
The crash happened on Highway 80 near the FP&L gates.
Highway 80 is still blocked currently.
An FHP report says a 28-year-old from Fall River, MA has died and a 20-year-old from Fort Myers is in serious condition.
They are still assessing the damage.
Deputies are currently assisting FHP with traffic control for a crash at the 10600 block of Palm Beach Boulevard. At this time, only one lane of traffic both Eastbound and Westbound are open until further notice. Please avoid the area or seek an alternate route. pic.twitter.com/0v5XZdmMMd
