FORT MYERS, Fla — The Fort Myers Police Department is responding to a traffic accident at Metro Parkway and Colonial Blvd.
Investigators say one person has been trauma alerted to Lee Memorial.
FOX 4 was able to see one car on the north end of the intersection being photographed by police.
A man in a yellow shirt was also being checked out by medics and put into an ambulance.
Both Northbound Metro and Eastbound Colonial will be closed.
FMPD says Eastbound Colonial will be diverted onto Westbound Colonial.
Avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
