The Cape Coral Police Department is on the scene of a serious crash at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Hancock Creek South Blvd.
It happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
At least one person involved in the crash is facing injuries, CCPD said.
Officers are asking drivers to avoid the area and seek alternate routes for the next several hours.
A FOX 4 crew is currently en route to the scene.
