FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Police Department says a crash has closed Ortiz Avenue between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Colonial Boulevard.
Police say three people were trauma alerted to Lee Memorial Hospital.
Officers are asking drivers to avoid the area for the next 6 to 8 hours while they continue their investigation.
