NORTH PORT, Fla. -- Two North Port residents are accused of running an unlicensed dental practice out of their home.
48-year-old Enrique Gravier and 47-year-old Adriana Hoyos Gutierrez are charged with the one felony count of Practicing Dentistry without a license and an additional felony charge for Conspiring to Commit a third degree felony.
A tip led investigators to the couple's North Port home in the 1300 block of South San Mateo Drive. Investigators observed a home office in the couple’s living room and suspect Adriana Guiterrez taking business calls while suspect Enrique Gravier was finishing up with a client.
In the garage, there was a full dental workspace, with waiting chairs, dentist chair and dental equipment.
