COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- The Transportation Director for Collier County Public Schools is off the job.
According to a district memo, a whistleblower filed a complaint against David Ogilvie, claiming there was "corruption with the licensing process."
The whistleblower claims Ogilvie retaliated with statements and behavior.
An investigation revealed this to be true.
He is on paid administrative leave until Friday. His contract was not renewed, and he is ineligible to work for the district in the future.
