CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The Chiquita Lock operating hours will be adjusted for the holidays.
Fri., Dec. 25: On Christmas Day, the Chiquita Lock will be open from 2 to 10 p.m.
Fri., Dec. 31: The lock will remain open until midnight to accommodate New Year's Eve celebration traffic.
After-hours call back service will be available to boaters. Boaters should allow 30 minutes for the lock attendant to respond. The after-hours service number is (239) 542-5661.
Operating hours are adjusted each year for the holidays.
