LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The State Attorney's Office is prosecuting a Fort Myers man accused of possessing child pornography.
50-year-old Stephen Sroka was arrested Monday and booked into the Lee County Jail. He is being held on $10,000 bond on 16 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
Additional charges are dependent upon completion of forensic exams, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
