LEHIGH ACRES, Fla - A Lehigh Acres man has been arrested for possession of child pornography.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arresting 40-year-old William Michael Lenahan for 20 counts of possession of child pornography.
FDLE special agents, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations, the FDLE Cyber Crimes Task Force, and the Lee County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at Lenahan's home on November 1, 2017. Agents seized a computer and numerous computer related media devices. FDLE agents conducted a forensic examination on the computer owned by Lenahan. During the exam, agents recovered more than 1,600 videos and more than 200 images containing suspected child pornography that included very young children engaged in various sex acts.
Lenahan was arrested and taken to the Lee County Jail.
