CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is warning the public about porch pirates with the upcoming Amazon Prime Day.
Charlotte County Sheriff’s says those who are participating that thieves are waiting for those packages also.
The Sheriffs Office made several recommendations such as, build a lock box, arrange to have someone there to receive the package, security cameras, require a
signature and security signs.
If anyone should see anything suspicious, they should always report it immediately.
