CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office said it is searching for a wanted man who jumped into the water.
They said he was last seen running from authorities from I-75 at the Peace River Bridge. He evaded law enforcement by going into the water, according to CCSO.
Deputies said the man is in his 30s and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt.
If you see anyone suspicious, you're asked to call the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.
