PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- Does this guy look familiar to you? The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office says he was spotted checking for unlocked car doors.
It was happening on Sunday, September 22nd in the area of Aaron Street and Harbor Boulevard.
The sheriff's office says while they appreciate him making sure the neighborhood is all locked up, their detectives would like to talk with him.
He appears to be thin with dreadlocks and a mustache, holding a cigarette in his left hand, wearing jeans and a dark colored sweatshirt. It appears he has an earring in his left ear.
