GLADES COUNTY, Fla. -- A Lehigh Acres man died Wednesday afternoon in a single car crash in rural Glades County.
The crash happened at 4:34 p.m. along State Road 78 near Chiaha Lane. That's between LaBelle and Moore Haven.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, 36-year-old Ronald Miller of Lehigh Acres was driving westbound and drove off the right side of the road at a curve to the left.
His car hit standing water and flipped over, coming to a stop upside down in the water.
Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
