New video from the Lee County Sheriff's Office shows the moment a car drove off the Caloosahatchee Bridge on Saturday morning. In the same video, you can see deputies performing CPR on the driver.

The crash involved three cars and had the roadway shut down for several hours.

The Sheriff's Office said Captain Brady & Deputy Chala responded, and went over the bridge and into the water, searching for the driver. Once they found him, the two did CPR on top of the man's submerged truck until a rescue boat arrived. The man was taken to a local hospital for life-threatening injuries.

The department said the crash is still under investigation.
