Cape Coral Police are looking for Steven Matthew Luce. He was reported as a missing/endangered person, and was last seen on April 12, 2018 in Cape Coral.
Luce is a white male. He is about 5'6" and weighs about 140 lbs. Luce's head is shaved and he has brown eyes.
He has a dragon tattoo on his left arm and the word “RESPECT” tattooed on his right arm.
