Cape Coral police looking for suspect who stole from Lowe's

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral police are searching for a suspect accused of stealing from the Lowe's at 1651 NE Pine Island RD on April 23.

The Asset Protection Manager said that around 9:40 am, an unknown male selected two Husqvarna trimmers and exited out of the garden center, passing all points of sale without any attempt to pay for the merchandise.

Police said the manager approached the male and identified herself, then the male dropped the merchandise and ran.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black shirt, tan shorts, and black shoes. The merchandise was returned back to Lowe’s.
