CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A Cape Coral man is using his new year's resolution to help others in need.
Ron Holwadel is a local realtor and animal lover, who has says he will donate $50 bucks from every commission next year to the Cape Coral animal shelter.
It's money the shelter can use, as it prepares to open soon.
Holwadel says he's not looking for attention, but hopes that by sharing his story he can encourage others to do something similar.
"If everybody did something good for somebody else, the world would be a much better place," says Holwadel.
