LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Cape Coral man is found guilty of shooting and killing another man in 2017, according to police.
On Friday, a jury found Ryan Doyan guilty of manslaughter with a firearm.
Doyan claimed Roy Pike broke into his home on Cornwallis Parkway, and he shot him multiple times in self-defense.
Police said the evidence did not support this claim. Doyan will be sentenced on August 26, 2019.
