CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Fort Myers Regional Operations Center Cyber Squad arrested William Nimmons, 52.
Nimmons was charged with one count of Promotion of Child Pornography and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Nimmons was a resident of Cape Coral.
FDLE agents served a search warrant yesterday at Nimmons’ residence and found a laptop computer containing child pornography.
Additional charges are dependent upon completion of forensic exams.
