CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral Police arrested and charged a hit and run driver who fled the scene after an accident at the 800th block of Cape Coral Pkwy E. A witness who saw the accident followed the vehicle and updated Cape Police of her location. Cape Coral Police say Andrea Nicole Paredes has been charged with failing to stop or remain at a crash scene involving injury, failing to stop or remain at a crash scene involving property damage, and Driving while license suspended with knowledge.
