New options will soon be available in Cape Coral. At the Catch the Vision event on Tuesday, the city gave people the chance to see what Cape Coral will look like next year.

The hope is to make the area more appealing for locals and visitors alike.

Some of the new things people can expect are are a new ballroom coming to the Westin in Marina Village. For anyone looking to buy a car, there will be three new dealerships in Northeast Cape Coral and and a Nissan dealership on Pine Island Road. There will also be a dealership selling models from Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep.

A new condo unit is going to open up some new real estate opportunities in South Cape Coral and a new Burlington Coat Factory will also be coming to the area.

What most people are excited about is the Panera Bread. One viewer told Four in Your Corner, "I think it's a great plan and Panera's a great place as well.

"I think it's a great idea. We need more choices. I love that Panera's coming  in", Jusy Hellios told Fox 4.

The city expects the project to be finished in 2018.
