PUNTA GORDA, Fla. — Charlotte County Sheriffs have identified the body that was found floating in Prairie Creek as Gage Randolph Jackson.
Gage, 19 went missing early in early March. Friends and family began searching for him. Fox 4 spoke to the family who said they did not believe Gage would run away.
Charlotte County Sheriff is still investigating the case.

Gage's family are asking for help locating the clothing he was last seen wearing: A gray shirt, denim jeans, a fluorescent green Bass Pro hat, and a brown leather wallet with a camo strip on the outside.
They're also asking for anybody with camera recordings around Prairie Creek from March 19th to April 3rd to contact the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office at 639-2101 or Heather Jackson at 941-457-9779.
