UPDATE 3/4:
Police have identified the motorcyclist as Jeffrey Allen Kinkelaar of Cape Coral.
Cape Coral Police are investigating a body found in the water at Cape Harbour.
They believe the body is the driver of a motorcycle involved in a traffic accident at the 1400 block of Eldorado Parkway.
According to police, it appears the motorcyclist crashed into a canal and was carried into the harbor.
They say the person was found with a helmet on.
This is an ongoing investigation.
