PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- Construction work on a boat ramp in Port Charlotte will force boaters to find alternative plans for 6 days later this month.
According to Charlotte County officials, the Port Charlotte Beach Park boat ramp will be closed beginning on June 24th, due to construction.
Boat ramp access will be unavailable through June 29.
The Spring Lake Park boat ramp at 3520 Lakeview Boulevard in Port Charlotte will be open for use during this time.
