CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Documents from the Securities and Exchange Commission reveal a company is buying Billy Fuccillo's dealerships in Cape Coral and Port Charlotte.
They are purchasing it for 36-million dollars.
LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc is acquiring all the vehicles and 58-acres of property.
Billy has been a recognizable face in Southwest Florida since opening his Cape Coral location in 2011.
