LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- The families of the people shot and killed at the Bell Tower Shops have opened a lawsuit against the outdoor mall.
56-year-old Kevin Robinson and 22-year-old Javarcia Riggins, were shot and killed in the parking lot last week. Two other people were hurt. No one has been arrested for the shootings.
Robinson and Riggins' families claim the shops didn't have proper security measures in place to keep people protected.
