COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – In an update to a story we brought you Monday, a black bear is back in the wild after showing up in a densely populated Fort Myers neighborhood.

New video provided by Florida Fish and Wildlife shows the bear being released in some woods in rural Collier County.

The young bear was lured into the cage using waffles and syrup Monday, after it was seen roaming around an apartment complex near Colonial Boulevard and U.S. 41.
