Three Marco Island teenagers were arrested Friday night and charged with attempted kidnapping and assault.
According to police reports, the teens, who range in age from 13 to 16 approached another group of teens near Newell Terrace and Ludlow Road.
They drove fast up and down the street, one of the them lowered the window and told the victim "get in the F-ing car."
Another got out of the car and chased the teens.
One of the victims hid behind a bush and called 911.
Officers arrested the suspects near Winterberry Drive and South Barfield drive. One of them told police the incident was just a joke.
All three of the suspects had their cases referred to a juvenile court judge.
