FORT MYERS, Fla. --- Lee County Sheriff's have made an arrest in an officer involved shooting at Howard Johnson hotel, Thursday.
Jorge Alejandro Pupo was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault on an Officer, Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon and Resisting Officer.
According to investigators, the shooting happened on April 30 at the 4000 block of Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers on April 30th.
Pupo was injured in the incident and was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
