FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police have charged a man with shooting into a vehicle on Fowler Street last month.
23-year-old Antonio Vega is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm from a vehicle and shooting into a vehicle.
The charges stem from an incident on Fowler Street near Carrell Road on March 28th.
That's where one passenger in a car sustained non-life threatening leg injury when gunfire penetrated the car.
Vega was arrested Monday and transported to the Lee County Jail.
