ARCADIA, Fla. — Arcadia Police Officers responded to the area of 81 Park Place, where they located a male subject lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his right leg.
After a thorough investigation, probable cause was determined, and police arrested Shaka Mansa Askia Gilchrist Jr, 20, and Ernest Perry Robinson Jr, 21, for Attempted Homicide - Murder first degree premeditated.
Francine Marrie Olson, 23, and Alfredo Ruiz, 30, were also arrested for Obstruct Criminal Investigation - False Information.
This is still an active open investigation.
