ESTERO, Fla. — The Estero Park and Recreation Center, in collaboration with Lee Parks and Rec and Lee Health, is inviting the public to attend the fourth annual health and wellness event.
The event is virtual this year due to COVID-19 and will offer two days of online classes and a drive-by option where community residents can pick up a goodie bag that includes vendor information and promotional items.
The classes will be held Wednesday, Feb. 3 and Thursday, Feb. 4.

Later this month, Bayfront Health in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda will also offer a free, virtual health and wellness education series titled "What's for Lunch." The series will feature a variety of experts speaking on different health-related topics.
The first session will be held Wednesday, Jan. 27 from 12-1 p.m.
