LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- New developments in the case of a North Fort Myers girl hit and killed by a car in January.
New documents reveal a list of witnesses of the crash that killed 12-year-old Alana Tamplin as she walked home from a bus stop.
The witnesses include Alana's mother, her best friend who was walking with her, the driver accused of hitting her, and the passenger.
On Monday, we told you Florida Highway Patrol handed the investigation over to the State Attorney's Office. They will review the case and decide if the driver, Mary Miller, will face criminal charges.
