LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — The Lehigh Acres Fire Control Rescue District responded to a crash that caused chlorine to spill onto the road.
Hazmat arrived shortly after the crash to begin clean up.
Residents were asked to stay indoors until the air quality could be tested.
The Department of Environmental Protection was on site as well.
It took almost four hours to clean up the road.
The road is expected to open soon.
